The benefits of therapy
Psychotherapy, psychology and counselling are therapies with a talking and listening approach which helps people to understand and resolve their problems. The aim is to increase a person’s awareness of the way their thoughts and feelings influence how they approach and experience past and present personal and work relationships.

Why do people have therapy?
Sometimes people seek help for specific reasons such as eating disorder, psycho-somatic conditions, repetitive behaviours, phobic anxieties, or personality problems. At other times people want help because of more general underlying feelings of depression or anxiety, difficulties in concentrating, dissatisfaction in work or inability to form satisfactory relationships.
